my pgwp is accepted my spouse is refused, do I spply again for both like the previous tome? Or it is different?

My pgwp is accepted, his open work permit is rejected.I am going to start the job this week.I didn't have NOC A,B or 0 because of that he refused for wp.I don't think I can provide 3 paystubs and his work permit is valid till end of Aug.I have to apply again

1. If your job is not O, A or B, then he is not eligible for SOWP. If your new job is O, A or B then he could re-apply after you have 3 pay stubs.
2. He should ensure that he keeps his status valid, apply for an extension as a visitor.

So do you have a NOC A, B or 0 job now? You will need to change his status to visitor and he will need to stop working.
