All I know at this point is that he is an Indian living in UAE, AOR being Feb 2020

There is not much movement on Pnp (Outlander SINP) profiles it seems.
I received my AOR on 28th Sept 2020,
Biometric done on 9th Nov but no update after that.

I got exactly the same timeline as well, BCPNP, PA inland and with two outland dependents.

Yes, my medical is also done in the 1st week of November and then biometric done on 9th Nov. But my application is PNP outland where as yours is inland. So I guess your profile ll get priority first. Might be a bit delay as you have 2 outland dependents.

Actually, we are the same, at the very initial period. I am outside of Canada when the application is submitted. But now I am inland without family.
And I haven't got MR since last Sep after AOR. I was going to wait for the MR, but i changed my mind after ten months' silence. Just did up-front medical this week and submitted the result. Hope all outlanders and outland dependents have good news soon.

Like so many other applicants my status also changed on ECAS " APPLICATION RECEIVED " from In Process. Time line in signature

I guess they sent it to the local visa office
