Principal PR but dependents (outland) still waiting for passport request

I have eCOPR but haven’t received any email for my husband and children’s passport request and letter of instructions. Isn’t it should be together when the principal is PR already? Please advise me what should I do because I am waiting for almost a month for their papers. They are outland and I am here in Canada waiting. thanks

How have you applied for PR? If you have applied under CEC, go to that section of the forum. There is an active thread there for individuals who are inland where dependents are outland.

No passport request yet for my family. I am still waiting and waiting. Any update?
