Please I will like to share my status: I submitted my application on March 2021 (EE) and my status shows application received for 5 months now. any advise or idea that might cause the delay. anyone with a similar case, kindly share.

I submitted my EE in November 2019 and my status is still showing in process since 20+ months due to the COVID-19 delays.
