The Accra VO was dishing out PPRs at the start of the pandemic, FYI. There were also sparse PPRs here and there from other non-India/HK etc. VOs.

FWIW the wait times for US base applicants still well exceed 1 year (16 mth ish based on my small-sample-size observation)
Yeah, these VOs seem to have stopped issuing though towards the end of last year. 2021 has been a quiet time for outlanders. Clarity and transparency from IRCC would ease some of our worries at this point.

Hi @legalfalcon / All,

Good Morning, What is does due date mean in GCMS?

I received my GCMS --> Application Assignment --> the Due Date is 2021/03/30.
But so far no update except medical passed (Jan /2021).
criminality --> recommended pass (Jan/2021)

When I called IRCC last week (after receiving my (GCMS), agent said criminality and info sharing is in progress (the same status from Jan/2021). Eligibility and security not started. No additional documents or further action is required from me.

Do i need to worry about anything or just keep wait ?

Also include a letter of explanation and explain that your company was unwilling to provide the work ref letter, so you are providing one from your manager.

I have been trying to call IRCC yesterday and today. The service centre seems to be closed. Is anyone aware of why? Don't think it's a bank holiday.

Mine is in exact same status. including the due date
AOR: Dec 10th 2020
Primary VO: Edmonton, secondary: Vancouver

I was hoping i get some update by 21st July as well, but nothing so far. So i assume its just an internal date for their reference.
Have you applied for another GCMS note? We seem to only be waiting for the background check now, once it's done and we're good.
Keep our fingers crossed!
