Hi All,

I pretty much know the answer for this, but still confirming. My wife is expecting, so we did not submit her chest x - ray as part of her medical. Had received the ITA in April and AOR on 27th May. Biometrics got updated on 2nd July and the status of Medical got changed to 'We are reviewing your medical reports'. Post that, I have not heard anything. Have they completely stopped the processing of my case till the time they do not receive the x - ray or will they continue the case processing and issue a final decision once we submit the x - ray?

Still no update. I gotta question. whats difference in Eligibility Passed vs Recommended Passed. Mine Eligibility Passed on June 30 and no update since then. Security & Criminality still not started.

AOR: 18th may
Medical: passed June 15th
RPRF request: June 30th
Eligibility: review required - he checked the notes and he said they were awaiting my RPRF payment no other problems.
Crim: Passed
Security: not started

Can ANYONE PLEASE help??

I got told by an agent my bios from my TRV had already been accepted (and my bios are already showing on my application) and I just received another request to do them AGAIN!!! Thiis AFTER eligibility passed, criminality in progress, info sharing in process.

I have no idea what on earth those guys are up to or why the public policy that applies to everybody else for exemption is not applicable to me? As far as I’m aware the policy for exemption has not been revoked by the minister.

Anyone else have this issue?
