The Biometrics Request Letter serves as proof that you paid. Service Canada are aware that IRCC sends BIL to those who have already paid their fees.

Well first of all if you think that using this kind of language is acceptable in grown society regardless who says what I’m really sorry for you. He posted question in public web site and any user has a right to respond WHATEVER he wants and speak his mind. If you are afraid or don’t want particular, “not right” replies then simply do not post questions in public web. You had same right to reply to my comment, but not with that kind of attitude and language use. Second, if both of you think that going around all threads, even the ones you don’t belong to, and asking same multiple questions - is ok then I’m truly hope that this country will implement IQ test along with other requirements. He’s AR is Aug 2020 and he asked question about biometrics in threads for AR 2018, 2019, where people do not know shit about biometrics because they didn’t need to do it. And lastly, regarding question itself… I understand that we all on different level of evolution but Jesus, try using your brain at least from time to time, otherwise it will just dry out and you won’t be able to pass IQ test that hopefully this country implements soon.

@Canada_traderman Many Canadavisa users are not so familiar with the forums and it is therefore unintentional when they go asking the wrong questions in the wrong forums. Canadavisa was created by the late David Cohen, as a platform for the purpose of helping immigrants link up, communicate, share and assist one another. I am sure if I dig more into it, I will find some policies or regulations that warn against the use of disrespectful and inappropriate language. There is a Report link under each post allowing users to click on it and report a user to the Website's admin.
So while some users may seem to ask unintelligible questions, it has nothing to do with their IQ.
If a user gets irritated by the questions being asked, instead of attacking that individual, we can be respectful by not responding at all. And if we do, it costs nothing to be respectful. I am sure that is what the CampbellCohen firm expects from all users or members of these forums.

While some people are not familiar with the site it’s ok, but that particular member has “Hero status” and 225 postings so he’s no new here. If you look at his post history you’ll see that he’s doing stuff like that regularly. Asking same questions in different threads completely irrelevant to the thread topic. This is disrespectful. In fact I don’t see him going into all those threads and help people and reply to questions that people ask and bring his contribution, as you said this forum was created for people to help each other and not only one way. So basically he couldn’t figure out that he has posted 10 same questions in irrelevant threads, so why he’s not contributing to 10 different threads but only demands answers to his questions? I’ve never attacked him or anyone else on this forum. All I did is that I recommended him to post more. You all see it the way you want to see and you all started defending and attacking. And yes, not able to figure out simple things has much to do with IQ level. If you paid for something, and you don’t know how to prove that you paid for it - that’s definitely IQ problems, unless he paid with gold bars or coffee beans or something lol

Maybe he is trolling. Have you considered that just maybe his IQ might be higher than yours, just saying. :D His behavior has nothing to do with IQ, trust me.
