Can som1 help me how long does BGC take, i saw medical received on my time timeline, also i got notice of medical surveillance. What does it mean? Will it slow down my processing?.....i posted this before, i need som1 to explain or give me an idea of how it works...i am in limbo

It means they might found something in your medical examination and that you might need to be followed by a doctor. It has to be with lung disease. Call your icc office ASAP.

No not necessarily it takes 4 months to look at, it just took them all those months because aside from the additional documents passed, eligibility, criminal, and background check were assessed

But when I called the agent a month ago, he said my criminality and security are passed, my medical is passed, but they don't see any eligibility started. And the additional document was submitted a month ago too.

I think we're on the same situation. Except, I don't receive work permit nothing whatsoever

I got DM in ECAS July 13 and COPR email July 20 and GCKey has not been updated. You may be getting that COPR email before GCKey has any updates. For me GCKey still says reviewing eligibility but I passed eligibility in May. So it's not always kept up to date!

Hi guys anyone approached through law firm for applying spousal sponspership..i got my PR applied myself usually dont waste money depending on them but my wife's case is bit complicated so dont want to take chances..Any suggestions if anyone approaching through law firm in ontario? We only went to a lawyer to review everything before we submitted our application. I first submitted April 2020 it got returned October, so we went to an IRCC lawyer to make sure it's complete, and so far they accepted it, still waiting though for updates.

if it is complicated the lawyers for this website Michael Cohen are really good will cost but if it s complicated you may need them
