I meet the residency requirement at this point. It has been three years since we got PR and we have spend 50 days in Canada. We have 2 years available to spend the remaining 680 or so days.

I had raised two requests for PRTD since acknowledgement of the first request said we need to submit all blank and non-blank pages of all passports used in the last five years.
I then submitted second request which also included the scan of all passport pages--both expired and current.

Just recently, I saw their reply on the first request asking me to resubmit the scans of passport pages both expired and current. Should I reply to this email or do not reply and let them review the second request which has the details they are asking for. I see they have appended some kind of alphanumeric number to the email subject(same for both wife and daughter). I am assuming this to their case number specific to my application.
Should I respond on the first request or wait for them to review the second request?

I think you have a Valid PR card which has to expire two years later. Then why you have raised PRTD request? I feel you dont need the same...

I haven't received my AWB number from vfs yet still my local bluedart courier guy came to pick up passport .
I said I haven't received any AWB number from vfs and can't give my passport without verifying. He said we have received your request so we came to pickup your passport .I didn't gave my passport.

I think you should. they wont pick wrong passpost they will have your name as welll

Hi there are 2 consent forms in the attachment. Do we need to sign both the forms?
And did you filled the biometric too?

In AWB email from vfs it is written as :

Kindly include the following in the packages:

1.Print the attached forms, fill and sign them and include it in the applicants package.
a.SMS/Courier return form(Fill this only if you have paid in advance for availing this service)
b.Consent form from all adult applicants (18 plus)
2.Passport transmission letter for all applicants for whom service has been booked and paid for.
3.Only Current and Valid passport for all applicants for whom service has been booked and paid for.

4.Do not send any additional document in your package like Biometric Instruction letter, Copy of Payment receipt etc.


What does point 2 mean ?
What is passport transmission letter ?

I think you have a Valid PR card which has to expire two years later. Then why you have raised PRTD request? I feel you dont need the same...

I have the PR card but my wife and daughter do not have it. I have raised PRTD request for them.

I received my COPR on May 19, 2021 and came to india on July 9 due to some emergency. Now i have to apply for my PRTD as i didn't receive my PR card yet.

I came Canada as student on August 2016 and started my job from June 2018.

Can you please share courier/ sms form here in forums? I just want to fill form in advance.I paid the payment link and now waiting for AWB number. And how would you know they are coming to pickup courier will they call you or is there any tracking number? Please help.

I got it thank you. Did you got tracking number after giving it to courier boy? Just curious to know how did someone know courier guy is coming at this time?
