After the travel ban will they issue COPR's . For 2021 they are processing in 45 days. All Feb, March, April, May and even June AOR's they all got COPR's.
At least if we have the COPR, we can plan further and decide. Do we need to wait till August, If they are allowing the tourists from Sep7th, i guess they will issues COPR's in July and Aug ?

Its not as easy as saying it. Due to these travel restrictions and flight bans, no one can expect what will expect tomorrow
Among all 2021 applicants, only inland are getting COPRs. Applicants with overseas dependents are still waiting. If you know any 2021 applicant who got COPR along with overseas dependent, please let me know
Hello experts, I am trying to understand some of the logistics issues that IRCC is currently facing for processing FSW-O and/or CEC with outland applications.

- As of June 21, 2021 – Applicants with valid (not expired) Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) and visa can travel to Canada. So I assume travel restriction is not an issue.
- As of July 19, 2021, VFS accepts Passport submission service via 2-way courier will commence for all categories. So I assume sending PPR and visa stamps are also not an issue.
- Ban on flights from India to Aug. 21 – I believe even after this ban I have seen many traveling via the third country, I am sure anyone who has approved PR he/she will not have any issue traveling via a third country. If students can take a third country path, approved PR applicants can also take these routes.
exactly !! atleast they should start making decision from now on and issue PPR, so that by sep 7 most of us will be in a good situation ... 2 way courier and visa stamping itself will take around 15 days
@mrugs.jani-You are right, all the students are travelling via Mexico and Iran. Not sure why they are not sending COPR mails to Outland. We can also come from different country. Inland and Outland both should process without any issues. Even for outland they can process in 45 to 60 days like Inland so that we can travel Canada. What is the logic to stop the COPR's only govt should know this.

I guess good days will come, will not have any differentiation from August for Inland and Outland. Will see the for how many Outlanders will get COPRS in August.
This is nothing but for the quick cash they will get from applications. It won’t be long for their cover to be blown away for people to see the top most priority of their immigration drive.
Hey guys I am inland and my spouse is outland (India). My AOR was Sept 2020 and about a week ago I received a request in my cic a/c asking to confirm residential address for myself and my spouse. Earlier this week, I received an email in regards to using the PR portal and I did confirm the email address I wish to use and that I will act on my spouse's behalf. Today I have received portal log in user name and password for myself and I have already updated my address and photo.
My question is will it just be me that gets the eCOPR and my spouse will get PPR request sometime after the Indian flight ban is lifted or will they hold my eCOPR as well?
