Is there anyone here with AR June 2020? Feeling like process is flying for everyone that applied in July onwards whereas June AR like myself is stuck for eternity. I haven’t even got a MR, it’s been 13 months.
Same. I'm an inland applicant. AR June 2020 AOR Jan 2021 but until now i haven't received MR. :(

I have a question if someone have knowledge on this, I applied Open WP for my spouse(outland) but refused and officer say he is not satisfied that i am still in relationship with my spouse. What a joke, i am married from 2013. 8 years relationship and officer not satisfied.OH Man this is next level harassment. Now my question is this refusal effect my PR application which is already in precess from 12 months? Do i need to update proof of relationship to IRCC?
Assuming you are inland.
Look at the concerns they raised. If they have raised doubt only about your marriage, I suggest get an Affidavit plus provide proof that you are still married. E.g. Correspondence
Images of text messages
Emails or letters to her and/or her family (parents, siblings) and from her to your family
Joint Bank Account information
Any property like Deeds, Utility bills or documents that have both your names

There is information about Dual Intent where a PR applicant applies to come to Canada under TRV or Student or WP for him/herself or for dependants who are outland. IRCC has been known to refuse such applications with reasons that they are not satisfied that the applicant/s will leave Canada at the expiry of their documents

Does anyone now? Something about the criminal record.
My criminal record was dated Januari 10, 2020 from the Netherlands, my AR is sept 10, 2020.
Is this still valid?
Or are they gonna ask me for a new one.
PCC are valid for 1 year. Yes they will ask you for another

Hi
I again called today for Aor a number of times.
AR 7 dec 2020
Finally an agent available and I got temporary Number for my file .
My child in India , agent said that's why file on behind and an officer not check my file yet .
And he was not sure about time frame how long it will take for issue AOR already 7 months passed and 8th month started .
Can I apply with temporary Number for my BOWP or not ?
I don't know how long it will take for AOR if your dependent in Outland.
Please answer me if anyone have information regarding this.
Do you currently hold a PGWP, if yes you can apply for an extension by July 21st. Also check that you meet all the other requirements.

You cannot apply for BOWP with a temporary number

1 received application for permanent residence on July 22, 2020.
2 I passed my medical exam on March 26,2021
I'm still waiting for any updates,I have three friends who submitted their applications in the same month and they all got the PR....
I've been waiting for more than 3 months, but I still haven't got my "DM".
Does anyone know what happened to my case? What should I do next? I'm very anxious now,Please help me!
If you are a paper based applicant, timelines are aprox 21 months from AR. That said, it appears the process is going a little faster now.

Is July 22, 2020 your AOR or AR?

Countdown of 21 months begins from date of AR. You may have done your Medicals too soon as they are valid for 1 year. Well unless you are exempted from medicals as per a recent IRCC directive.

Or unless you are an EE applicant, in which case your application has taken longer than normal.

Where your friends' EE or Paper based applicants?

From what I am seeing in this forum, applications with outbound dependants are taking longer. But that's a speculative assumption.

Do you have dependants? Are they inland or outland?

I feel like a bunch of us should connect to figure out if there’s something we have in common cuz it doesn’t make any sense at this point. Where is your file currently located?

In my opinion, I will suggest that the dependants who are outbound should apply for dependants of the person inbound, I may stand to be corrected
