How to contact the CIC client centre?

Hi Guys,

I am trying to speak to one of the CIC agents about my application but I can't reach anyone. The menu is changed and I do remember they used to have call back option but I can't find it?

Please let me know how to talk to an agent?

-Press 1 to confirm if the number provided is correct.

- Choose corresponding number your application alphabet starts with
- Enter application number
-Press 1 to confirm correct application number
-Enter birth year
-Press 1 to confirm correct birth year
-Press 1 to check status of application
