Anyone waiting for next steps after test and not updated yet or am I the only one?

This is the update I got after the test passed on April 23rd as well. IRCC Saskatoon emailed and asking for the new driver's license copy.

Here's my timeline:
App Delivered: March 23, 2020
AOR: Sept. 14, 2020
ECAS In Process: Nov. 5, 2020

New Tracker Updated: April 26, 2021
Test invite: April 21, 2021
Test Passed Date: April 23, 2021
Citizenship Test: Completed
Background verification: Completed
Language skills, Physical presence & Prohibitions: In progress
Interview: No interview
Additional document request: July 2, 2021 (provided the driver's license copy the same day)

ECAS - Decision Made ( me and my hubby while my 7 yrs old son still in process status)

New Tracker (Updated today, July 5, 2021. It applies to me and hubby while the son is still in progress)
Language skills, Physical presence & Prohibitions: Completed
Oath: Not Started

Just wondering why my son's application is still in progress? Any thoughts? Thank you!

I dont know why some officers ask the documents like this. It doesnt matter for officer if its expired now. Instead of adjudicating the application they just simply waste time in asking where is the current license as if he/she is the police officer checking for current driving eligibility.
No wonder it takes time for them to complete the processing.
