Can you change or move to another province after copr/pr card confirmation? If yes then would there be any problem in future or do we need any record to prove fhe reason for moving out of that province.

if your PR is already approved, u can move anywhere atm, but I would say wait until u have the physical card in your hands before moving out of the province
