FSW Inland PR applicants

@legalfalcon do you have any suggestions for us? CEC applicants are getting approvals around 3-5 month after AOR, but FSW-Inlands got stock in criminality for even more than a year, they're just ignoring us, what can we do about this? How can we gain attention?

I am also in same boat my friend. Absolutely no idea why there is a differences in processing FSW-Inland & CEC applications.

Same here. Find This ridiculous. Most of my friends who submitted in cec in 2021 have already got copr where as I am waiting since sep 2020 on my fsw inland application. We are not affected by any travel restrictions, working and paying taxes here. We are as well eligible for cec stream now but since our application in process unable to submit a new one under cec. There is no timelines or any update and endlessly waiting forever. So much discrimination this is putting all our plans at stake and giving so much stress. Is there any way to get this addressed?

I just submitted this ATIP information request:

1. How many Express Entry applicants have submitted their second EE application since March 1, 2021, while the first one is in progress?
2. How many EE FSW applications made from within Canada have been finalized by IRCC in less than 6 months in past 2 years?
3. How many EE FSW applications made from within Canada have been finalized by IRCC in more than 6 months but less than 12 months in past 2 years?
4. How many EE FSW applications made from within Canada have been finalized by IRCC in more than 12 months in past 2 years?
5. How many EE FSW inland applicants are waiting for their applications to be finalized for more than 6 months as of today?
6. How many CEC applicants received confirmation of PR in less than 6 months in the year 2019, 2020 and 2021?
7. How many CEC applicants received confirmation of PR in less than 3 months in the year 2019, 2020 and 2021?

Let’s see if we get some response from IRCC. I have submitted another application under CEC as well as I am totally hopeless about my pnp case if it will ever see final approval.

I just saw from September 2020 aor thread someone in fsw outland category with sept 28 aor has all stages complete and application approved.

Yah man absolutely correct !! I saw few such cases in Myiimigration Tracker . Seriously don't understand what is the priority and why inland applications are getting Zero attention.

I did request GCMS Notes. I sent a webform informing them that I am in Canada attaching some sort of LoE. But I don't think that helped.

Thank you again! I did the same two weeks ago. I got a generic reply on my webform stating that everything in order in my application. I am also waiting for the GCMS notes to come. Looks like it only happens when it's meant to happen!

Congrats. Good to hear this. I had got a ghost update, but seeing no change in portal. Don’t know if it’s positive or not. I was also wondering about the biometric refund. Though the mail for refund had come long back, the amount never got credited.
