PR portal first email May 31st (late in the afternoon) Credentials June 10. OSC and I replied with separate email, didn’t reply to the original email IRCC sent me; didn’t attach PDF either.

Montreal here got mine on June 6 replied same day but nothing yet…called today they said they haven’t seen my reply yet which is strange so replied again today.

I often wonder how you guys ever get to speak with IRCC agents. I became convinced they are ghosts when I had endlessly tried in vain to reach them.

Please, let me know if there's something I am not doing right - perhaps there's a secret line

They don't need any address proof. So give them any of your friend's address. They just want to mail your card . Just a suggestion.

I got my first email on Jun 2, 2021, 12:56 PM. and still waiting to get credentials. I replied back with all the details on the same day. Can you guys suggest me what to do?

Hey guys, I have a question regarding changing the address. I am moving in to a new apartment on Feb. 01 and just wondering if I can change the address that I have submitted on the new portal. I need to change it if it does not get approved soon or Anyone knows how long does the card to be delivered? My VO is Calgary.

Re-send the email as a follow-up - exactly as the original email.

So it took exactly 7 days , I replied the email and didn’t create a new one and never sent a follow up

Here is what I did. I took photo on my phone ( make sure you take it with correct light, no shadows etc), then downloaded and used an app called "Passport Photo editor". I choose Canada Citizenship/PR 50x70 option and followed instruction to remove background. Got studio quality photo. From the samples it matched all specification. Submitted couple of days back.
