Hi everyone,
I have received a NOI for Human Capital Priority stream on 2 March,2021. Unfortunately I missed that email and I saw that today.
I was able to successfully open oinp e-filing account as it accepts any NOI under 6 months from current date.
But when I was creating the profile it shows profile status as “Registration Expired”.
Can anyone please help me? Is my NOI still valid? What should I do? Please help

I believe you have to apply and submit all documents within 45 days from the date of NOI. In this case, it seems the date has lapsed already and so the NOI is no longer valid for use to apply. I also believe that also explains the status being "Registration Expired". Lets hope another NOI comes along and you will be invited again. I am so sorry to hear this my friend. Hopefully, maybe others can have solution to this as well.

Thank you so much for the update, I felt the same but since it let me inside the e-filing portal I still had a hope. So in this case do I need to create a new EE profile to get another NOI as I was reading they don’t send 2 NOI to same EE profile

You may withdraw your current express entry profile and create a new one since I dont think you are allowed to maintain two express entry profiles. Or you can keep it and wait for the FSW draw instead. Though, I doubt there is an FSW draw this year but we can only hope and pray for it. Good luck to you! =)
