Ok that's seems reasonable.
However, my consultant has submitted my profile, so I am not sure about LOE.

When I had a call(11th may) with IRCC agent, she said all stages are passed except the eligibility and the security(that was not started).
No ADR yet.

But, can you please shed some light on 3rd question?

YEs, you can create anther profile and receive an ITA.

Also, if you have a representative, then you should be discussing this with your rep, as they have your documents and know you case.

I have raised the webform to know the status of my application, what is the usual turn around time for the same?

Usually 2-3 weeks, also depends on what the webform was for. In some cases you may not receive any response.

1. YEs, you can pursue any online courses. It does not matter. Also, on a visitor status you can attend any course in any college or educational institution that of a 6 months or less duration.

However, this has changed due to COVID, but you can still pursue online courses. As per IRCC:

2. If your PR is in progress, the PA is eligible to apply for BOWP and the spouse can extend the SOWP.
Thanks a lot for your reply

" There are some people who have been claiming the third party websites have ben put in tiers and are sent extensions. " said some/one

Some/one is whining now that by stating IRCC's automatic extension policy on public forums months prior to OIC's special report hurt their business.

Duh!

When some/one is not transparent, puts their self interest above that of others and fails to provide a timely solution, what else can be expected. Not to mention the dubious website that was shutdown (more on that soon..)

Are you supporting what IRCC did was right? You think all the 5 organizations that were named had 1000s of requests in pipeline when this was done and so many people suffered?

If you are supporting this, I am afraid, that's really immature of you. Being transparent has nothing to do with it....

Good to see that efforts pay off. Thank you @legalfalcon for sharing your knowledge when I was struggling with getting information on my sponsorship file. Your representation drafts really helped me get things through and represent myself more effectively. I have messaged you requesting a meeting, could you please check and respond when ever you are free.

I haven't been able to check the messages here lately. You can revert back to my email from which I sent you the drafts and I will keep an eye out.

It's been a while since you received the decision. I thought you had abandoned the forum.

Hi @legalfalcon

Good morning.

What is the average time required for 'review of eligibility ' in most cases?

If any rejection happens from the Program analyst, will that happen in the initial stage of the eligibility review?

If no ADR means a good sign in most cases?

Thanks in advance

The eligibility is the most time consuming stage and there are not time frames since each case is different.

The Program analyst does not make a decision, the officer will make a decision.

ADR has nothing to do with the processing as such. ADRs are sent for various number of reasons, from requesting missing documents, seeking clarifications etc.
