I called IRCC last week and they told me that my file is in process. But now I am confused, is it possible to get bvl if the file is still in process.

How did u contact them ? What timings ? and number of ircc??

Im trying too its just rining , it doesnt say anything like welcome to ircc and all

I don't see anything that you should be concerned about assuming both biometrics and medicals are passed.
