They're SCAMMERS. You're never going to get your money back. You can try to file a case, but good luck with that. Or see how you could report that account to RCBC for fraud--Connie Reyes is obviously a fake name. But it is very unlikely that they will reverse your deposit.
I'd gander a guess they are still in the Philippines since RCBC is based there.

It’s fake. There is an amazing tool to defeat scammers… it’s called Google. Don’t waste your time and just delete and block the email.
