Unfortunately i dont know one in Egypt, You may try ask people familiar with Immigration matter from Egypt
I also have a question.
I applied with my father's bank statement on 8th of April.
if i am going to re-apply can i use it or i need a new one?
Also I've a CA certificate is it considered as alternative for a bank statement as it's already states the current balance?

You need to write in detail about why you studied commerce for your bachelors and why you want to pursue AI for further studies. Explain the reason for sudden shift.
Then write in detail why about employment prospects in your home country and why you are close to your family and intend to come back to stay with them.

Your problem is the choice of program. You can show all the funds and ties in the world, if you don't work on eloquently explaining why you need to pursue AI course at diploma level - fresh out of varsity with a Commerce degree - you'll likely end up with a refusal again.

How will VO see you as serious if you just spent 3/4 years studying a degree and immediately jumping into a total different one. Why did you spend so many years studying something you didn't want?

Your best bet would be to get a will made from your parents saying so and so property will be yours ONLY if you will be present in India and you can write in your SOP that your parents are old and you have to come back home to take care of them and your parents’ properties or businesses. Also explain in detail what you intend to do in your home country with your education. Like a business plan or the specific job you will go for in specific companies. Go into the technical details to show you are a genuine student.
Wow, submit parent's will in a SP application??? This is the most absurd suggestion I've heard on this board .

Wow, I thought only mature applicants were considered as criminals by VO who intend to illegally stay in Canada. Interesting to see they feel the same now about younger applicants as well. Honestly, If you have shown your fathers property who will support you then I really don't know what else they want. At your age they don't expect you to own properties and liquid cash. This VO has not even explained it properly. I strongly believe in AI technology and feel that is the future. I cant tell why VO does not feel that way maybe they are still old school and don't understand what it means.

In summary, your best bet is to go through some consultant, they know how to twist words and facts and make your profile look good which is exactly what VO wants.

Again you are suggesting unsealed WILL to address VO concerns? That will be another issue as VO knows this was drafted purposely because of the rejection. Now question of how geniune that WILL is to beneficiary is another thing. And will on properties doesnt address much ties to home country, its a will not transfer of ownership… 22yrs with current employment history is another concern to address
You are right but I’m speaking from personal experience. In my second application it did solve the VOs concern and I got no objections regarding home ties.

Hahahaha, wonder how the officer’s reaction to see applicant attached WILL.
Not surprised at all. There is no clear guideline on what VO considers ''Home Ties'' as it is extremely subjective. Maybe there is a VO who would be happy to see a WILL. Who knows? I would try if that would mean I get an approval. However stupid it sounds, it has come to this point of trial and error now.

Worked for me because I don’t have any property in my name! It absolved the refusal reason of not having a home tie.

i have bachelor's degree and i applied for diploma. i think what matters is to explain to VO why that program is very very important to your career. besides home ties are not only about property documents. visa officer will not waste their time verify some land / property documents. they will look at overall profile first then spend extra few minuets reading and checking documents. the fact that the visa officer mentioned that you are not well established is concerning. are you working ? if you are unemployed then at least do internship. that will show visa officer that u are progressing. u have Bcom but u want to go for AI. do u have any work exp in AI ? an internship or two would help your application. you also need to show a really authentic ad strong support letter from your father. also notarize. and make it believable why your parents would sponsor you. i think you should re-write and evaluate your SOP and need to prepare a strong application. i spent time re-writing and reading my LOE. also an advise from expert would help you alot. also do not tr to convince visa officer with many documents. it rises a red flag if applicant is trying so hard to prove something. good luck. you are only 22 you can have successful application as long as it strong, genuine and authentic.

But you are speculating as VO doesnt give reasons when approving your application. Could be other factors were considered and you addressed that on your revised statement

An IRCC lawyer suggested that in a complicated case where you are young, have no property + live in a different country as home. Also the tricks he told us on how to present our application & the acceptance he got for other cases, sounded silly at first but you cannot get into the psyche of a VO and understand what works for them. He got an SOWP only by stating “The student has proved they will return back, why would I as a spouse stay back?, I just want to emotionally be there with her” and they got the SOWP without LOTS OF FUNDS and PROPERTIES. Lol if you know the immigration system by now you will be pretty used to reading such ABSURD solutions to problems. A guy was refused an SP, raised a web form asking to reconsider, he got his money back from the college and 2 weeks later they gave him a PPR. That’s absurd but happened right? Someone got an SP from UAE just by showing 1 year fees and 10k CAD.
just because it’s absurd for us doesn’t make it unacceptable. People are desperate and are trying whatever they can.
