Please help! urgent travel-Client Information:Receipt of information from client Confirmation of intent to travel

I got the request letter from IRCC, and I don't know what document do you need for that client's confirmation of intent of travel. The Letter is below:
And do I need to reply to their question regarding the option as well?

Dear XXXXX:
This is in reference to your online application for a temporary resident visa. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:
 111xxxxxxx - Hxxxxx:
 > Client Information: Receipt of information from client Confirmation of intent to travel This must be received at this office by: 2021/06/03

Please be advised that at this time your application is currently in progress. If there are extenuating circumstances and your travel is of an urgent nature, kindly provide us with the supporting documentation, so we could facilitate your request in a timely manner. Before we can proceed with your request we kindly ask you to reply via your MyCIC account and advise our office which option better suits your needs:
 You may choose to remain in Canada while you submit your passport at our Case Processing Centre Ottawa/Gatineau.
OR
 You may choose to travel immediately and we could transfer your application to the Canadian Visa Office abroad of your choice or responsible for the country where you would be residing. For that we would require your written consent that you want us to transfer your application to the Visa Office abroad, please also state the name of the office or country where you would be residing.

What is the background info for this TRV request?

I was applying for a visitor visa for conducting essential business at Canada. I'm from a medical device company I have to go to Canada our vendor to test the machine we bought.

I was applying for a visitor visa for conducting essential business at Canada. I'm from a medical device company I have to go to Canada our vendor to test the machine we bought.

This is not a valid reason for "visiting". This is a work trip and you may need a different permit.
