Job offer for Intra Company Transfer

Hi ,
My Closed WP getting expired in Dec-2021. I got ITA and in process of filling e-APR. My question is, for Canadian experience can I show the extension/offer letter which I received as part of my WP extension( in year 2019). However, I am not claiming any point, but that letter has my NOC and Roles and responsibilities mentioned.
Will this acceptable to IRCC to prove my Roles and responsibilities?

Extension/Offer letter dated: Sep-2019
WP (Closed)- Expiry- Dec-2021.

Please advise.

Yes- 100% if the NOC in WP is same as NOC in PR

Thank you! Actually, I was confused with the expiry date of this offer letter( Sep-21). I have to submit my e-APR by 15th May-21.

Attach those correspondences to show IRCC that you gave your best effort to get the reference letter in the required format. Does you immediate supervisor also not comfortable in giving you a reference letter with roles and responsibilities?

I have seen my friends claim job offer using assignment letter/ deputation letter or support letter issue by the company.

If your husband is working in Indian based IT firm he should have one of such letters, this can be used only if work permit is valid and letter is valid atleast for year and half after you apply for PR

Example let’s say your husband completes a year in Canada by December 2019 and you apply PR on same month , his assignment letter/deputation letter should state he will be deputed in Canada till June/July 2021 and ideally work permit should also be valid for this period.

Point is you have to prove your husband has work in Canada for one year after PR is approved, why the letter should be valid for year and half after application is because normal PR processing time is 6 months.

Does anybody able to claim additional 50 points with intra company transfer(LMIA exempt, Specialized knowledge)?

Below are my details:

1.I have completed my 1 year experience working in Canada at March 20201 on the close work permit, Intra company transfer (specialized knowledge, LMIA exempt).

2.I have a job offer letter which has been given by the employer stated, “temporary work permit for two years to be issued” dated Feb -2020.

3.I have a work permit valid until March 2022.
4.I have all my paystubs, T4 document, employment letter dated in April (mentioned Full time, Canada experience mentioned, annual salary)

Will these documents helpful for claiming those 50 points?

Did you send any offer of employment (you might have from WP application) with you application?
In my case, I do have an Offer of employment valid till Mar-2021 that explains all my job duties I'm going to perform. The only problem is that it was issued from my company for WP extension and does not state anything about PR. Please let me know your views.

So did u claimed additional 50 points, without a job offer letter( which states 1 year after PR is issued )? did u get your PR approved?

What was the expiry date of your work permit .. in my opinion you should be ok if you have 1.6 year job offer in employer portal of CIC from date you get AOR . However I am also claimed 50 points and waiting for PR

Hello,

We have moved to Canada through my husband company job transfer. We are here on a Work Permit through our company.

I believe since this is an ICT WP, we are on an LMIA Exempt job.

We are keen to apply for the PR and his company has offered a full-time permanent job for him.

With this , can we claim 50 points for Job offer since his job is LMIA exempt?
Secondly job letter from our company is sufficient?

Please advice

Did u mange to get PR/in process, while using those additional 50 points ?

@sdhou can you please suggest which lawyer firm dealt your case? I am also in same situation. I have deputation letter dated mar 2019 and standard bonafide letter mentioning name, DOJ of initial joining, salary and current designation. It does not have job duties mentioned. I think this requirement to mention at least one year job to anyone once pr approved is ridiculous. Not sure which company would mention anything like this. When I joined company 13 yrs ago the offer letter did not said anything, but still I am with them.
Appreciate if you could share requested details.

For a ICT with LMIA exempt and Specialzed knowledge worker also need to get a new job offer letter stating 'one year after PR'?

Just a quick update. I got a COPR interview confirmation email early this month at the local IRCC office and the PR application was approved today. I filed a request to withdraw my new application. Thanks

Hi, I have a query with respect to Job Offer in Canada while applying for Canadian PR.

I am ICT work permit holder working at my client location in Montreal, Canada from Jan 2020. Can i use the deputation letter provided by my organization to claim 50 points?

1. I am here on ICT
2. My employers Canada HQ/ Office is in Toronto
3. I am deputed in Montreal, QC (Client location)
4. I have close to 2 years experience in Canada through ICT WP (Closed WP)

Just wanted to know if I can claim 50 points that is given for a valid job offer letter in Canada. Can someone assist me with the query?
