that is same as mine. My residency is in progress and on gcms it says prohibtion not started but on tracker it says in progress.

This is unbelivable. If my app takes 2 years im going to cancel and reapply or go with writ of mandamus. Have you tried contacting any lawyer regarding writ of mandamus ?

It is 2 years and 6 months , not really I did not contact any lawyer.

If your paper file location is registry that means no officer is working on it and if an officer is assigned then contact a lawyer for writ of mandamus. Also request ATIP notes from CSIS , i read somewhere on the forum ,requesting notes from csic shakes them a bit.

It's with the officer. Contact them by web form or call them and ask them as to why your file isnt moving . For past .... months it is with the same officer in my gcms . Now its 2 years and 6 months should I be going with Mandamus .
