Just give it some time usually takes 2-3 days to respond.was your office cic calgary that sent the email ?
and also Did you take your pr card photos? Have them ready and also a digital copy so you can upload them once you get access :)

He/she said that doesn’t have an AOR yet. ECAS will become available a day after receiving AOR.

But I have been able to access to the ECAS before yesterday.
