Does anyone know how to use virtual numbers and voip to call ircc from outside canada? Text now app is not working

If your app is being processed in India, there's nothing much that can be done calling to Canada.
Send a webform.
And from reading your other posts, IRCC will never give out confirmation that your visa will be granted someday. You need to wait for approval. Highly suggest applying for GCMS notes to see why you were refused initially.
We used the application Phoner.. Its a paid application though, but we were able to call the IRCC through this application
