On the sign in page, I see the following message...maybe that's why yours getting delayed.

"If you’ve had a medical exam or given biometrics, they won’t show in your account until we process them"

What's your current background check status?

When your status changed from
“We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information” to "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check"

And when again your status changed from "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check" to “We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information”

What's your visa office?

Hello, I am not sure when it changed..so far, I have not called IRCC. What is the best time to call in your experience?

Another question if we pass security by 27th May then we will get the COPR in May ending or in June beginning?

Yes it's the same
And yes may ending or June beginning hopefully

Great progress! Seems that when Background Check says “your application is in progress…“, then indeed Eligibility passed.

If any one get any information on people who got copr who had medical and bio btw april 10 and april 14 please share .

Can you tell me how to reach an IRCC agent? Every time I call them, I get a "we are busy at the moment" message and the line cuts off. What is the best time to reach them?
