PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2020

Now, after 85 days, I don't see my wife's application in eCas. It was in Decision made status yesterday.
Anybody experienced that issue?

Mine is still at Decision Made. Timeline:
Permanent Resident Card Renewal
1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on December 24, 2020
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 12, 2021
3. We started processing your application on February 12, 2021
4. Decision Made on March 17, 2021

Good news. Now, I see the status as complete. The card was mailed on 7th May (today).

I was searching using PR card numbers till now. It was showing the details till yesterday, but not today. Then, I tried searching with the UCI number. I could see the application details now.

Decision made on 1st April 2021.

Can you please advise me on the email address you have for clarification of name change as I’m still waiting for my PR card with name change and I still have no response from IRCC. Thank you.

In their email, they requested that we send documents to: <PRC-Sydney-CARE@cic.gc.ca>, HOWEVER, they also sent: "Please note that we do not accept unsolicited emails. If your email is not in response to a specific request from this office it will not be acknowledged."

They will contact you if they need any documents or clarifications, if not, then the application is in process, and you will hear soon from them, I wouldn't send them an email voluntarily, if you want you can contact them by phone to check the status

Hello, we applied for PR card renewal application on 30/Dec/2020, courier reached CIC sydney ON office on 6/Jan/2021, i dint get any acknowledgement and i dont see the application status online. I called CIC helpdesk and they said case officer might not have started processing the application does anyone have similar issue
We also have the Citizenship application in progress (waiting for test), anyone know if the citizenship application processing is the reason for delay in PR card renewal ?

yes I have a similar issue. I mailed my parents' applications (no tracking) on March 3rd and haven't receievd an AoR yet.
