Yes, He told me that all IRCC officers are working from home that's why sometimes confirmation mail would take a week so don't worry.
The officerr who called me was very gentle and ready to give all possible information from his end

Yes. Actually, the problem is that my son (inland dependent) backed to my homeland a few days ago, and also my spouse (outland dependent) changed the address. I think that is why I should submit a lot documents again.

oh nice, anyway congrats!! i dont have ecas so cant check my application status online.. kindly update us if you got the email on the coming days.. best of luck..

It was an email with application number which I used it to link the application to my GCkey account.
It said no biometrics and medical are required and now they are just checking the eligibility and background.
37% percent progress and it was estimated in my gckey account about 13 months to finish the process.

I’m on the same boat as you. Waiting for PAL. My AR is In June 15,2020 bio and medical done and passed.
