Blank pages in GMC notes(S12.1 laballed)

Hi,

Im a CEC applicant applied in Feb 2020, its almost 1 year and my current status is:
Eligibility: Reviewed Required
Medical: Pass
Security: Not started

Recently I ordered GMC notes and found almost 10+ blank pages under HISTORY section stated
"The following pages have been redacted pursuit of s.12(1) of the privacy act". I search privacy act code and guessed it could be because i applied EE in Quebec with an explanation letter. Now I have left Quebec for 6 months and should affect my application.

Could someone with similar experience give me some indications on this S12.(1) code? Would it be a lot more time for me to get things done?

Hi, I'm curious if your Eligibility on the GCMS notes literally says "Review Required"? I saw your earlier post saying it was "Recommended Pass". Did it change back to "Review Required" after "Recommended Pass"? Thanks!

Hi, yes. It literally says 'Review Required' on the notes after 'Recommended Pass'

Hi, thanks for your reply. I saw that you mentioned you submitted an End of Employment letter to IRCC. Was it because of this that they changed it from "Recommended Pass" to "Review Required"? When did they change it? Or it just mentioned "Review required" needed in the Case Analyst's notes, but the status of eligibility as a whole is still "Recommended Pass"?

I actually do not know the reason why it changed to 'Review Required' after 'Recommended Pass', but i did submit a new document after 'Recommended pass' by an analyst as shown on my first note.

Thanks for your reply. Did the change occur after you submitted the new document? I've also changed my employment during the processing time and I have submitted a webform to inform them, but I did not have any document to attach though, just the webform message saying my employment changed from employer A to employer B. Wondering if any document is required?

Hi, I submitted the 'end of employment' letter voluntarily... Don't know if its requested.

I am not 100% sure on the timing, like when its changed to 'Review Required'. It happens to be around the similar time, I dont really know if its because of the new doc I submitted or its simply because the work by the analyst needs to be reviewed by an officer.

Thanks for your reply. I also see S12 label in my GCMS notes. But it seems to be related to privacy in the sense that I can't view my spouse's / dependent's information. Do you have any more progress recently regarding Eligibility?

Hi. to be honest, no. I kinda forget about this and only check the portal once a week(I used to do it everyday).
I just received 2 emails from IRCC informing the delays on CEC yesterday and today, did you receive that?

I do have the same problem my history pages are all blank

Hi, I was wondering if you received any medical extensions (usually not reflected in the portal but had to call to find out)? Do you have updates on the eligibility? Thanks!
