RCMP fingerprint PCC has nothing to do with biometrics. Biometrics is mandatory. RCMP PCC, you may submit upon their request to you. However, your home country pcc is mandatory.

You can go ahead, but If they haven't requested you, you are fine. Miss bee is correct. Usually they do an additional request to submit what they need.
You should send your original scanned PCC through webform. Don’t submit it through courier to Case Processing centre until they ask you but through webform you can submit anytime. Pcc from BLS is also good to send as sometimes they don’t accept from local police stations.
Yuup so thats just for safe side want to send BLS PCC and I also get a new one from RCMP so I m sending both
As I told you don’t send it through courier until they ask you. You can always send through webform. Make sure you scan it and scan the original copy and then attach it in webform.
Make sure you keep those on safe side . Sometimes they as you again until your application finalized. Don’t garbage them . Lol .
What if CIC passed your criminality? It means your PCCs are valid and they don't need it once it is passed?
Criminality and security are both different things . Sometimes if criminality is passed, they usually go through security screening and they still look if you don’t have any other conditions which make you admissible.
My friend passed his criminality and medical but the eligibility and security has not been started. His online account still shows that we are reviewing your eligibility requirements and we are processing your background check.
