CEC March 11th AOR 2020 - PNP (OINP)

As per GCMS Notes

Eligibility - passed
Security - Not passed
Criminality - In progress
Medical - Passed
Info sharing - In progress

I have no further updates - I am completely broken.
I have completed 5 years in Canada, but still no hopes on PR.
My friends have all received the PR who applied after July 2020.
Why 2020 Q1 are left in the lurch?

You should not do that..
Do not waste money anymore
They are responsible to extend the medical
CB o11226 used to a notorious villan even before pandemic
Just call the call canter agent ..say aloud that you are waiting for pr more than a year
And it's not fair
I don’t think shouting will work. Call center agents,Just update you the status , they don’t have the authority to influence the decisions.
Regarding medicals, I would say if you ordered GCMS notes, check if M1or S1, then mostly they will extend and also other factors like how long the medicals was valid when you submitted and if you are inland , all these influences the decision. again it is my view

anyone knows what PRBIO means?
My application has been stuck in criminality for months. @legalfalcon
The criminality is based on your PCCs and the biometrics you provide. The fingerprints that you provide are processed by RCMP and the result is provided to IRCC.

See https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/mandate/corporate-initiatives/biometrics/process-steps-2018.html

If your are exempt from biometrics, your previous biometrics will be used to process your criminality. It can take some time. Even if your criminality is in progress, it will not impact other stages, as they will continue to progress as normal.

Hi Friends,

Mine is FSW-O, Mar 25 AOR. Medicals expired and currently with the message medicals not required. Awaiting response on the Webform. Due to situations on the personal front, i have to take a short break ( 3- 6 months) and have resigned my current job. I was really hoping that CoPR will come through before the LWD..doesnt seem to be the case though. Should i inform IRCC about the resignation and will it have an impact on PR approval?

Thanks for the guidance.

Can someone please guide me.. @legalfalcon - Can you please help?

If you claimed points for the current job from where you resigned, you should inform IRCC. It will have no impact as the application is locked the day it is submitted.

Just send a webform and inform IRCC that you no longer work with the employer and give the effective date.

Thank you so much @legalfalcon. I have not claimed any points for the current job. I will send them a Webform as you said. Thanks again!
