Application received 26th March 2021.

Do i need to wait for an email confirmation from cic inorder link my application to my cic online account?

Also how long does AOR arrive?

Somehow i thought DM was the last stage but that is not true
I saw some people waiting for COPR from last 5 6 months now i am in complete shock , i got dm on april 21 and no updates thereafter

Right? That's why, i got DM on Apr10 but i chose to be silent because there might be a long wait after that. But good sign for the applicant who is living in Saskatchewan, BC, Manitoba, CoPR is impressively fast. (same day with DM, or 1-2 day after DM). I'm not in those Province, so. finger crossed.

Tricking ircc is not the goal
They know where you are calling from they have every information on file
Might be you are tricking connecting network but not ircc

Can you give some information on the following in case you know?

1. I am a dependent and my passport is going to be expired in September. So when I submit the new passport, will I also need to submit the PCC again??
2. How soon I need to let the IRCC know in case of change of address?

I submit the application without paying the biometrics fees since when I did RCMP PCC at that time I already gave them finger print and photos. Do I need to pay the biometrics fee? Will my application be returned without paying BIO fee?

Yes. You have to pay biometrics fee. It is mandatory.
