Thunder bay campus (Course based). Would you recommend this over lethbridge? I have accepted uleth's admission and want to know the bad and good things about studying in this university. (I want to eventually go for PhD after getting PR)

They are both of a similar ranking and located in rural areas. It is up to you which you prefer. Lethbridge is more connected than Thunder Bay I think.

Ok thank you. Also if I have a good job currently in India, would it still be preferable to go for MSc. if PR is the main goal. Basically, which would lead to a guaranteed pr?

There's no guaranteed PR. You have to work for 1 year in a NOC A,B after graduating to qualify for CEC in Express Entry. The only direct transition from a program to a PR is through the BCPNP program which are limited to selected tech programs
