Processing time of PRTD application submitted electronically(by email)-VAC closed-INDIA

Hey everyone !
I have applied for PRTD on 19th March 2021 , I have only got an automatically generated acknowledge of Receipt email , nothing else till now . I want to inquire the status of my application , although I haven't received any kind of reference number or application number , how can I inquire ? Can I forward my PRTD application email that I sent to IRCC.COVIDPRTD-TVRPCOVID.IRCC@cic.gc.ca to delhi immigration office email , asking for status ?
Note : I have applied on H&C Ground .

Office are closed. H&C applications take many months to process. Once you receive AOR you don’t hear anything for many months. There is no timeline for H&C applications and due to covid there will be further delays.

Thanks for your prompt response , I have noticed that many people are getting PRTD on H&C Ground , in 1-2 months during the pandemic , maybe this type of fast process is done due to the online applications as compared to the earlier physical applications.
Also I have seen that a person was provided PRTD Approval within a week in June 2020 .
I just want to know that how can I inquire my status for PRTD on H&C , is forwarding my application to delhi immigration office a good idea ?

Please advise on the documents submitted for PRTD. Im a little confused regarding Residency Obligation- my husband got COPR and came tp india, as copr says you need to grt prtd if going outside Canada

Hey there, I recently received my CoPR and now going to apply for PRTD in next week.
Can anyone please tell me about a couple of things
1. Can i apply via email because vfs is not responding quickly ? (IRCC website says apply online if VFS's are closed) I don't know if it different applying on website or via email.
2. When should i submit my passport?
3. Do i have to make an appointment for biometrics? I already did for PR application in Canada in November 2020
4. How long it is gonna take? (To get my passport back with PRTD)

I'm going to India (Punjab) on April 15 and have return ticket for June 14.
5. Is it enough time to get it done?

PRTD approval in weeks is not H&C. I have seen H&C applications take 6+ months. Given shut downs in India the system is likely not processing requests. There is no way to check processing of PRTD h&C applications. As long as you know it's been received all you can do is wait.

I got my COPR on jan 7,2021 and came to india on 16 jan, 2021
For Residency obligation i have provided the following-
1,I called my td bank and requested for bank statement from tge day I opened my account till now. I received via mail and my freind sent me scanned copy.
2,Job letters and pay stubs (1 or 2 for each year)
3, Notice of assement for all the years
4, copr
5, photo
6,imm5627
7, passport
8, payment receipt
9, travel ticket (optional)

Hi All,

I got passport request today for my PRTD application submitted on 12th April.
I do not see any information regarding VFS webform or payment link to pay for the 2-way courier service to pickup the passport.

Any help on the next steps to send the passport to VFS?

How many days did it took to recive ur passport?

Sorry for missing the chat, it took almost 25 days from the date of application till I got the passport in hand

@shashi_b We have received the pr card today for my husband can he travel on pr card if we courier it to india ? also we received the ppr request for prtd but due to lockdown in delhi we couldnt send our passports.

Incredibly rare and some urgent travel was considered. If you look at all the other PRTD applications based on H&C they waited for months. I have seen many wait over 6 months.
