Thank you soo much!!! I also just got my GCMS notes (talk about timing) and it said its approved and seems its with the local visa office now! Man, it's been quite a wait!, looking forward to the next steps!!
is there some indication that the case is in a local office? I have the same situation as yours but when I asked then in the hotline they say it’s in the Ottawa office.

Hello everyone
I am feeling very down with the situation, it seems nothing will happen soon with this pandemic. I feel we are going to complete two years for nothing. They didn’t touch the file since feb 2020, the only thing moving it to Ottawa office. The priority for may 2020, what about 2019? This shall be express process, I’m unable to change minor thing in my life because my focus is distracted with this long waiting. Application has been placed for review for a none required document and despite they know it is not required as per their rule. I wish good luck to everyone but seems we are facing very unlucky situation.

Unfortunately, we can't do anything. Hoping though that the travel restrictions will be lifted soon, so maybe applications such as FSW-O will progress after.

I understand your frustration, however being an inland applicant have you tried calling them because it appears inland applicants have it easier than we FSW-O

FSW-O applicants can call them as well, at least from the US. That said, it doesn't help much and they don't provide any information on when folks like us will be released from the backlog and processed.
I have sort of accepted that we're a low priority for IRCC.
Especially with the recent announcement that IRCC will take new applications from temporary workers and international students already in Canada "to meet immigration goals", the future for the 2019 FSW folks, inland or outland, is NOT bright.

I am sooo tired of having my life on hold because of it all. So tired. I still hope to start my life in Canada, but this whole Express Entry system is a prime example of "overpromise, underdeliver" approach.
They promise a lot, and they simply fail to deliver on their promise.

Killing us but not softly :), I’m not in a mood to give a joke but sometimes pain makes you laugh and act insanely. The focus is pure on different direction and before the announcement of new path applications, that 2019 backlog is still active but will take time to be finalized. A lot of frustration with no more room to accommodate.

I have a question, as we know ircc haven’t issued pprs for fsw from aug2019. So i have counted from previous draw that candidates from aug2019 to march 2020 are 54,500 Suppose if everybody have one dependent with them then approx 109,000fsw can get PR in this year. So my question is if ircc is going to give PR these 109,000 fsws. This counting will comes under that 401k immigrants of 2021. Or they are already counted of immigrants of 2019 and 2020.

Not counted. Target is based on landing not ITA or AOR. That's why, IRCC is trying so hard to get and process as many inland applicants as possible to meet the target.

Hi Everyone, checked my profile now and I've received a ghost update. I've noticed ghost updates happen only on Sunday, do you guys receive any ghost updates on Sundays? As things are right now, I assume this is a site glitch, rather than a real ghost update.

Can be related to your medical. Has it been extended recently or have you got a re-medical request?
All my last GUs were related to a medical exam and eventually resulted in "you passed the medical exam" message in Feb.

No updates since then, though, so remedical/extension is not necessarily a PPR predictor nowadays.
