I'm pretty young too. I have done all my education in Canada and did not really travel within the last 5 years... You were just lucky ! The entire thing is just based on which area in Canada you do apply and if the officer in charge of your file will be willing to do what he is paid for: Work.

I submitted my FPs to the agency on the 16th of March.
I contacted RCMP yesterday and they confirmed that my FPs had been processed on 30th March and the results mailed directly to IRCC Vancouver.

I reached out to them yesterday (IRCC Vancouver), 2 weeks after the RCMP mail out date; they said they hadn't received the fingerprints yet.
So, the waiting continues. I'll reach out again to them in a couple of weeks.

Decision Made ~ April 12th

No document requested, no interview.

Does anyone know how long I'll need to wait before I get an email about the decision? (hopefully oath, fingers crossed)

Yes, the date should be defined on the pdf, you can take any time. I took it around 1 am.

Why would anyone wait for fingerprint as its not compulsory like test / oath. Fingerprinting is just another delay hence i expect no one wants to wait for fingerprint request.
