Online seems faster than the paper which has its normal delays, but it’s been on pilot. No one can say which is best for now. Check out trends on the various threads, take ya decision and apply.

Interesting, I've actually been reading the opposite on this forum for a long time now. Huge backlog for online applications, so paper applications get processed way faster.

No one can say with certainty which method is preferable! Do a bit of your research and go with your instincts so that you don't have to blame anyone else!
