With less number of windsor applicants we dont even know if windsor office is working at slow speed at least.so according to my MP my Security and Criminality is passed knowledge and language and eligibility has not begun yet keep in mind she told me that part of eligibility is passed meaning your days outside the country and other things are conformed eligibility language and test are the ones which remain Windsor office is the worst pre pandemic if you look at how windsor office performs its a joke they are very very slow and now with pandemic they will become ultra ultra slow MP also conformede that my file was transferred in Feb to Windsor.

I meant the same cic call center 888-242-2100. We dont have any choice. We still need to deal with same call center.Is there a number that you got handy to contact the correct department?
