In this COVID situation passport submission validity is 30 days or automatically extended if not able to submit within 30 days?

Most probably, validity has increased to 90 days. Contact local vfs, they can guide you better.

I mailed to spore. They replied me and extended my submission time till 12 July 2021. Thank you.
