ARTICLE14–FORCEMAJEURE
Thepartiesshallberelievedfromtheliabilityfornonexecutionorimproperexecution
oftheobligationshereunderifitisduetotheActsofGod,namely:naturalcalamities,
warsorhostilities,strikes,massdisordersanddisturbances,governmentalorauthority
actsmakingtheexecutionofContracttermsimpossible,orothercircumstancesoutof
reasonablecontrolofthepartiesthatpreventtheexecutionoftheContractterms.
Atthebeginningoftheabovecircumstancesthepartymustimmediatelynotifythe
otheroneofthosecircumstanceswiththenecessaryevidence.
Theproperevidenceshallbethedocumentconfirmingthosecircumstancesandissued
bytheChamberofLaworanothercompetentauthorityofthecountryonwhichterritory
theabovementionedcircumstancesaretakingplace.
Theperiodofexecutionoftheobligationshereundershallbeextendedforthe
periodofactionimmediatelyafterthebeginningofthosecircumstances.
ftheForceMajeurecircumstanceslastformorethanamonthorwhenatthe
beginningofthosecircumstancesitisknownthattheywilllastformorethanamonth,
thepartiesshallholdnegotiationsinordertofindreasonablemeansfortheexecution
oftheTermsandConditionshereofandachievementoftheappropriateunderstanding.
ARTICLE15–ARBITRATIONCLAUSE
Anydisputesbetweencontractionpartiesaccordingtotheinterpretationorperformance
oftheTermsandConditionshereinwhichwillnotbesolvedbynegotiationbetween
mentionedpartieswillbesolvedatarbitralcourtinCanadainaccordancetothe
Canadianlaborcode.Thisarbitrationwillbeobligatoryforbothparties.

inform you immediately on how to make payment of the 50% processing fee
($630). Once the documents shall be ready, he shall send them over to
you and also book an appointment for you at the embassy in United Arab
Emirate for you to go along with your passport and the documents for
your visa to be stamped on your passport.
