Hi, I am Indian based in USA. If I apply for Canada Visitor Visa now, what are the chances of getting it approved? My purpose of visit is tourism in (July/September) depending on Covid situation. I have received Covid vaccine. I just need to get the visa stamped now so when the restriction eases, I can fly without having to worry about it later.

Due to travel restrictions you couldn’t come to Canada just for tourism unless you have close family member who lives in Canada. You can certainly apply for a TRV even if you can’t travel to Canada at the moment and it’s impossible to know when the travel restrictions will change.

Hi ,
My husband applied and it was approved at first but they said his biometric had expired since he had a previous PR application that was refused.
After doing another biometric we thought they would return his passport back stamped but instead they requested for more chats, photos of us and finances.
We still havent gotten the passport back. Is it possible that because we did a new biometric they reviewd the application again....I am losing my mind here. Has anyone encounterd this before
