Hi, senior. My application seems to be going to be complex. My office looks like be in transit from CIO to notorious Etobicoke because of eligibility. My secondary office was Ottawa in the previous GCMS note. It is Etobicoke now. File transferring has started on Feb/02, 2020 when my medical was passed. By the way, the file is not arrived at Etobicoke yet for over one month . Does anybody see this kind of case? Please advise.

This is my timeline (OINP International student with job offer stream, all inland)
MAY/19_2020 - Application Received (AR)
DEC/08_2020 - Acknowledge Of Receipt (AOR)
DEC/17_2020 - Biometric done
DEC/28_2020 - Upfront medical
DEC/30_2020 - Received Medical Request (MR)
Feb/02_2021 - Medical Pass
Medical/Criminality pass, Eligibility/Security not started.

If you like, please check your service 3 to see what your application status is now, Normally if an application transfers to local office , the status for Service 3 changes from "application In process" back to "application received".

I know couples of applications from Manitoba have transferred to local office these days, but you are the only one who are in Ontario.

I saw your notes, paper file location is " in transit", It seems they will ship the file physically to Local office?
They have scanned the files already, it is weird they still sent the paper file to another office.

Yes, I check ecas every day. But it doesn't change. It is still "in process". It may be changed to "application received" when it arrives at the local office.

No worries.
I guess they have received too many applications especially from the low CEC draw Feb, more cases are needed to pass on to local office to process.

Its inland. Manitoba. And just me applied.

Hi Miss Bee. Yes, I submitted the copy of my partner's passport, his birth certificate copy, and some documents related to common law status

I submitted marrige certificate and my husband’s birth certificate and i got adr last month and they are reviewing from last week

Is the birth certificate mandatory for partner. I think passport should be enough?
