When you apply for employer specific work permit, cic send you letter with your AOR receipt in your account called WP-EXT which tells you that they have received your application and you can work under this period of time under same conditions. If you received that letter you can work. That letter usually comes 3-4 days after you apply.
If I call IRCC, can officer see my webforms? I submitted 2 around January 20th, still no reply! Ridiculous! I don't want to submit another one, I just want to know if they even received the previous 2 and if they are planning to answer them anytime soon. Do you think agent in the call center has access to check webforms or not really?

Past two months have been very slow for issuing AORs, but most people from 2020 ARs are getting COPRs in less than 15 months. I hope this gets even better for all of us.

Every time... I have a dedicated browser for GCKEY and I always clear all the data of the browser before login. Works for me.
