I am Naveen, a resident of Dubai.
I have newly joined this forum and I am glad to see various past discussions.

As I am struggling with selecting the most appropriate NOC related to my profile, I look forward to some advice regarding the same!

Following are some of my basic details:

EDUCATION:

• PhD in Construction
• Master’s degree in Construction Project Management
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

EXPERIENCE:

• 22 years in Construction Industry

DESIGNATION:

• Quality Manager in Dubai

NOC (so far I feel these are the closest which match my profile)

• 0211 (Engineering Managers) OR
• 0711 (Construction Managers)

As I am able to see that NOC code is a crucial factor in the Immigration journey, I have prepared the below matrix which depicts matching of my attributes against the requirements of the three NOC codes.
Considering this, I wish to have some advice please... as I am about to create my Express Entry Profile.
