A consultant cannot acquire employment, only help with the process after a job offer is made. Having said that, I'd highly recommend a consultant. It's possible without, but everything will go more smoothly and quickly with one.

Link my application to online: Sept28 2019
Med Request: Oct04 2019
Med Pass: Nov 1, 2019
Per arrival: Nov19 2019
6 months expired on Jan 29 2019
(NO NEWS)
(Call and Email)
(They never got back news )
Renew Endorsement for 1 year work permit: Feb 19 2020
Re-Apply my work permit : April 20 2020

(My wife work permit expired and
changed her work permit to visitor and
update we were married )
Information send back to IRCC July 20 2020
(AFT this ask my Friends who work for IRCC,
told me all is “ GOOD” IRCC Halifax send my
file back to FED IRCC which is good news)

Got call form lady who worked from IRCC and asked Nov 21 2020
me if I still in NS then they can make a “interview”
for me.

FINALLY IRCC UPDATE : COPR CONGRATULATIONS JAN 25 2021
AIPP program should only take 6 months but for this Cov-19, I totally understand this will late but never thought it will take almost 2 years. Friends who applied the NSNP program and later than me applied but got early in 7 months.
LONG way to wait, But finally we got this.
If you guys still wait your PR application believe me you will got in the end.

It was updated on January 6th 2021 but due to its expiration on Feb 13th 2021. It changed back to , You do not need a medical exam, We will let you know if this changes
Same Here. Some people say that if you have linked the application at GC key, ECAS tool won't work for you. As it is designed for those who didn't link their application to GC key.
