Hey Guys !

i have 2 questions please,

(1) I got an ITA under CEC and i’m about to submit my application, i haven’t been working for about 6 months, now i have just got a new work permit, do i have to explain in a LOE the reason of unemployment ?

(2) my profile has been locked when i got ITA
I have answered NO before ITA to the question says " has ( my name ) applied to IRCC before?"

After ITA i corrected it and gave informations about my first work permit,
Do i need to write a letter and explain the mistake i made before ITA ?

Thank you Guys i appreciate your help

(1) if your unemployment period is declared in your personal activities section, no need to explain. Do you have a valid status in Canada in those 6 months? If yes, that’s fine.

(2) that’s okay as It doesn’t affect your CRS. You can mention it in LOE for your own peace of mind, but it’s not required.

Yeah it is declared and my status was valid in the past 6 months,

Now i have got a new work permit and i didn’t start working yet for some reasons and i’m ready to submit my application,

i just don’t know if i need to mention that i will start working soon, since we won’t be able to make any change when we submit the application

If you’re not claiming points for the new work, you don’t have to declare it in your work history. If you haven’t submitted your app yet and have started work, put it in personal activities.
