Well, they are saying it will take a lot longer than the 12 month average to have your application finalized. I assume that includes passport request etc.. If this is correct, and they don't speed up, it looks like our group won't be able to get PR until somewhere around June of next year.
Lets keep our fingers crossed.

It is understandable and rightly so. Everyone's spouse has equal value and rights. If we got in line first, we should be processed first. Not asking anyone to cut lines for us. ( and not blaming latter applicants either - only IRCC is to blame here. )

yup, not blaming anyone. It is just the way IRCC does things that are so unfair for applicants that applied way earlier. SO much for Canadian equality like they promote so much about. Still happy for the folks that got their AORs in jan and feb, i got nothing against them

App sent October 14th
Still nothing
 
If they want to help reunite families faster, how bout they start with the applications they've already received and push those through faster

Bio: Exempt
Medical : Mar 5 2020
SA : Mar 5 2020

Waiting for AOR 2 to know which visa office it will be transfered to
