I married last year and submitted my spouse sponsorship application. I have finished medical exam in December last year. I just received a request letter from IRCC , they ask for me to send my resume to them. Why do they need my resume? Is it normal or occasional?
Why did I receive a request letter from IRCC which required me to send my CV with details to them?

I believe this is just asking for the background information in slightly different form for convenience. Likely to cross-check against other info.
There have been some other requests like this here - but occasional, not all the time.

I came here with visitor visa, and then I turned to a study visa, I got a international student graduate open work visa after that in 2017. I married with a Canadian citizen in 2020 . I filled up my application on my own. I checked my visitor visa application information and study visa application information that I filled when I applied. There are a few difference.1.one of my job titles back to my mother country was filled as supervisor in the visitor and study visa applications, but in imm5669e form, it was filled as business owner; 2. the name of university that I gained Bachelor's degree in my mother country was translated as Silk and Engineering Institution when applying for visitor and study visa and sponsorship application, but it was translated as Silk Institute of Technology with WES certification that I enclosed in my application.
I was not aware it is a background check , I sent out a previous CV for applying my previous job with a few inaccurate information by webform without checking with my T4. I just noticed that I can upload my CV in my cic account without using webform. How could I make it right? Will they consider the CV uploaded from my IRCC account or IRCC web form?

You seem to be missing you asylum claim. Any CV you submitted for a job will not be crosschecked with immigration. Information you submitted during your previous visa and permit applications will be examined with your current statements for any inconsistencies. It seems as though you got married after you applied for asylum and may have received asylum rejection and with no PR options so there will be a lot of scrutiny to make sure that this marriage is based on love and not immigration.
It may be worthwhile to include a short note about why YOU provided different information. Hopefully a short and simple explanation - that you provided based on context (responsibility level vs e.g. ownership/entrepreneur status) - will be sufficient.
Personally I don't think the slightly different naming of institution is important but it can't hurt to explain (translation vs habitual english name)
Don't know about the technical question or the nature of your 'few inaccurate information' so can't comment.

4. One job experience with 3 months long was missed in the resume I mistakenly submitted by web form.

I don't feel I can comment - you seem to have previous rejected apps and provided inconsistent information in different contexts. That's certainly not going to help with credibility.
Taken separately the information doesn't seem critical to a family sponsorship app but there's clearly more going on with your app and files. All I can say is correct the information and tell the truth.
I haven't read through your previous IRCC history. At any rate, still best to correct and explain the inconsistencies. Don't write a book, just clarify in brief.
