IRCC wanted a schedule A form, we submitted it before deadline, but got a rejection letter as we have not met the deadline. What to do?

Try access your CIC account reach the page where you uploaded the Document and on the same page raise a technical report explaining the situation ( technical report button should be found at the bottom of page)
should move much faster than a webform however a webform is required i guess
